ZiloOne · BigSur Corp.
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 18 October 2026
1. Who we are and scope
BigSur Corp. (“BigSur”, “we”, “us”) develops ZiloOne, a proprietary workspace and business suite. This policy explains information handling for our website, enquiries and any ZiloOne integration a customer authorizes, including a connection to an Amazon seller account if that integration is enabled. The actual information available depends on the integration features released and permissions approved by the account holder.
2. Information collected directly
When you contact us, request pricing or support, we may receive your name, business email, phone number, organisation details and message. Our website may process technical information needed to deliver, secure and maintain the site. Please do not send passwords, one-time codes or unnecessary buyer information in a general enquiry.
3. Amazon seller data
If you authorize an Amazon seller account connection to ZiloOne, the information accessed should be limited to the approved API permissions and the features you choose to use. Depending on those permissions, categories may include seller and marketplace identifiers; product listings, SKUs, prices and inventory; order and fulfilment status; shipment information; sales, transaction, settlement or report data; and authorization tokens or connection logs. Order data may include buyer personal information where Amazon makes it available for an authorized purpose.
Seller data is intended to support seller-requested workflows such as reviewing order and fulfilment status, synchronizing product or inventory records, and reviewing available sales or settlement information. Available functions depend on the implemented integration and approved permissions. We do not sell Amazon seller data or use buyer personal information for advertising or unrelated profiling. Buyer information must only be used for the authorized seller purpose and in accordance with applicable Amazon requirements and law.
4. Authorization and access
The seller account holder initiates and authorizes a connection. The integration should request and use only permissions needed for the features actually provided. Any BigSur personnel access must be limited to authorized support, security or operational purposes and to people who need it. Revoking authorization may stop connected features from working. Contact us if you need help with data associated with a connection.
5. Sharing
We do not sell seller data. Information may be processed by infrastructure, hosting, security or support providers where necessary to operate the service, or disclosed where required by law. Providers should not be permitted to use seller data for unrelated purposes. Third-party services separately connected by a customer have their own terms and privacy practices.
6. Retention and deletion
Our retention policy is to keep Amazon buyer personal information only as long as necessary for the authorized purpose and not longer than 30 days after order delivery, except where longer retention is required by applicable law for legal, tax or regulatory obligations. When authorization is revoked, access is no longer permitted, Amazon requires deletion, or the service ends, Amazon information must be securely deleted from active systems and copies within 30 days, unless retention is legally required. Deletion procedures must also cover backups and other copies; backup retention must be controlled so deletion obligations can be met. We will not rely on hashing or anonymization as a substitute for required deletion. These rules must be implemented in the service and operational procedures, not treated as website wording alone. Contact contact@bigsur.in to submit a privacy or deletion request.
7. Security
BigSur intends to apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to information it handles, including encrypted connections, restricted access and least-privilege access to credentials and seller data. Actual safeguards depend on the deployed service and its operating model. No system can be guaranteed completely secure. See our Data Protection & Security page.
8. Requests and contact
You may contact BigSur to ask about information processed by us or request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Information that remains in your Amazon account may also require use of Amazon's account controls. We may need to verify identity and retain certain records where legally required.
9. Independent product and updates
ZiloOne is a BigSur Corp. product. BigSur is not Amazon.com, Inc. and does not claim Amazon endorsement or sponsorship. Amazon and related marks belong to their respective owner. We may update this policy as the product and applicable requirements change. This notice is not legal advice or a substitute for a compliance review.
